Chairman of the Board's Message

Chancellor and Chairman of the Board - Professor Fukui was born in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, in 1951.
He graduated in Business & Commerce from Keio University and continued his studies at the American Graduate School of International Management. He earned his MBA from Marshall School of Business, at the University of Southern California.
He has variously served as the Director of the Association of Private Universities of Japan, the Director of the Japan Association for College Accreditation, a member of the independent evaluation committee of the Japan Association for College Accreditation, the Vice Chairman of the Japan Society of Applied Business Studies, and the Executive Director of the Japan Association of University and College for Business Education among others.
Professor Fukui is currently the President of Otemae College.
He specializes in the fields of Communication, Marketing, and Life Design.
Otemae Educational Corporation celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2005. Our academic facilities currently consist of a university, a graduate school, a college, and two specialized colleges, and our student body is 4,600 strong.
