On October 30th, first-year students took part in a lunchtime Chocolate Fondue party at the Itami International Exchange Center Lounge.

Halloween decorations and scary music added to the atmosphere as participants enjoyed a time of eating, conversation, and language exchange with American exchange students, who came to assist.

The purpose of the event was to encourage students to utilize the lounge and to create opportunities for them to meet others in a relaxed environment.

Although lightly attended compared to usual, attendees consumed food prepared for twice the amount of people, leaving with heavy stomachs and sugar highs!

The event was sponsored by the Otemae University International Exchange Center.
